Submission to the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communication & the Arts: National Urban Policy Consultation

Dr Patrick Harris, Professor Nicky Morrison (WSU) and Dr Jennifer Kent (USYD) welcomed the opportunity to comment on the Federal Government draft National Urban Policy.  The policy represents a crucial opportunity for the Federal Government to lead a concerted effort that aligns all three tiers of government to improve urban outcomes across society.  They commend the Government for prioritising urban concerns and set out a number of  recommendations to strengthen its strategy.  See submission here
